URBANDUO SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING TO THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
All URBANDUO ground and freight shipments are delivered via UPS.
Shipping fees are calculated per order. If you need a shipping quote please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
UPS will attempt to deliver your item/s three times. Each time you will receive a notice of attempted delivery. After a third attempt is made, UPS will return the package/s to us at Yellow Door Supply Co. If that occurs you will then be responsible for additional re-shipment costs. Please communicate with your local UPS if you miss your first delivery to ensure that a successful delivery is made.
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box or on the same day.
OVERSIZED PACKAGE SHIPPING
All oversized package shipments include a $75 delivery surcharge. This fee applies to large scale furniture & home decor as well as all items that ship freight. The $75.00 fee covers the added expense of special handling, UPS residential shipping fees and lift gate services for freight shipments.
All freight shipments include a $75 delivery surcharge as noted above. You will be contacted by a UPS representative when your shipment is ready to go out for delivery. This is your opportunity to schedule a time that you will be available to receive your shipment. If you miss your delivery you will be billed for a re-delivery fee of up to $150.00 so please make sure that you are home during your scheduled time.
Large furniture and oversized items will ship on a pallet or in a crate and will be delivered curbside. We include a lift gate service which means your pallet or crate will be removed from the freight truck and lowered curbside. Some drivers may be willing to move your shipment to a garage, driveway or porch if you ask nicely and offer a tip. Please note that this extra service is not guaranteed. We ask that you inspect your delivery before the driver leaves to make certain that there is no visible damage to your crate/pallet. If damages are present, please make note of them on the form that you are given when you sign for the delivery. Often the damages do not affect the actual contents of the crate/pallet. If further damages are present on your merchandise after you unpack your items please contact email@example.com so that we can assist you further.
We advise having at least one person to help you move the pallet or crate. It is best to remove the items from the crate or pallet one by one to make the process of transporting your products into the designated area of your home as easy as possible.
The pallet/crate can be disassembled or many customers will choose to leave it assembled and post a photo to Craigslist’s free section. There is a large population of DIY-ers chomping at the bit for these babies!

Yes, we do offer shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states! Please email your order and shipping address information to firstname.lastname@example.org for an order quote.
Expedited shipping may be available on in-stock items for an additional shipping fee. Please contact email@example.com prior to completing any orders requiring quick ship to check on availability of expedited shipping and to receive an order quote.
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, check the “Ship To Different Address” checkbox in the checkout page and update the recipient information.
SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX
We can ship some small package items to a P.O. Box . Please email your P.O. Box information to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
Yes, we may be able to offer you international shipping. Please email your order details and address to email@example.com for an order quote.
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available 6 days a week. You will be contacted by an URBANDUO team member to establish a pick up day & time. Please allow 1-3 days upon submission of your order for in-stock merchandise. This allows us the time needed to properly prepare your items for pick up. For products on back order, you will be contacted once your item/s are nearing completion. That’s a good day!
We do not currently offer local delivery however we have two local moving companies that we recommend. We are happy to help coordinate your delivery with them.
