"It took us a while to find an ethanol fireplace that had an original design, different from the cookie cutter designs we could find on the internet. The problem was that Vauni does not have a distributor in Canada and so we had to purchase our unit from Urbanduo. This turned out to be advantageous, as they took care of the order from Sweden and the direct shipment to Canada but more importantly when the unit arrived damaged, they took charge and quickly got replacement parts to us at no cost. Both Marley and Abe were proactive and kept us informed. It was a pleasure to deal with Urbanduo and we would gladly do so again."

Abe and team from UrbanDuo made the entire process as seamless as possible. As the shipment was making its way to me, I was getting regular updates from them on customs clearance and estimated arrival dates. When a snafu arose from the carrier, and the item went missing in San Francisco International Airport’s cargo wasteland, they tracked it down for me within hours. Top notch service!"
